John has served as a Mediator/Conciliator in more than 150 cases for disputes ranging over USD $650 million and as an Arbitrator in more than 100 cases for disputes ranging over USD $200 million.

John also taught Mediation Advocacy as a Lecturer of Law at Trinity College, University of Dublin and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law in New York, and is a frequently published speaker and author on construction mediation and arbitration.
